Emsella is a non‑invasive pelvic floor therapy device, resembling a high-tech chair, that uses High‑Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) waves to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. Users sit fully clothed for about 30 minutes per session, during which the device induces thousands of pelvic contractions—equivalent to doing ~11,000 Kegels in a single visit

Emsella is an effective option for people experiencing urinary incontinence, bladder leakage, or pelvic floor weakness. It can also benefit those who wish to enhance sexual wellness by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. In addition, Emsella may be used as a preventive treatment to help maintain pelvic health before symptoms develop.
No. Emsella treatments are not painful. Most people describe the sensation as a series of tingling or muscle contractions, similar to Kegel exercises but much stronger and more frequent. You remain fully clothed during the session, and there is no recovery time—you can return to your normal activities immediately afterward.
The number of sessions can vary from person to person. Most people benefit from a series of at least six treatments, though your provider may recommend additional sessions based on your individual needs and medical history. Periodic follow-up treatments are important to maintain your results and keep your pelvic floor strong over time.
A standard package includes six sessions at $300 each, totaling $1,800. However, if you pay for the full package upfront, you’ll receive a $500 discount, bringing your total to $1,300. Take advantage of this offer to strengthen your pelvic floor and improve your quality of life while saving money.
Many patients begin to notice improvements after the first few sessions, though the full benefits usually appear after completing the entire series of six treatments. Results can vary depending on individual needs, medical history, and pelvic floor condition. Continued adherence to your provider’s recommendations can help maximize and maintain your results.
